After manually putting the coconut transversely to the baffle of the conveying chain, it moves upward driven by the main shaft, while the toggle frame runs with it, and under the interaction of each transmission part, the conveying chain keeps on doing the rotary movement and slowly lifts up and conveys the coconut under the toggle frame, and the top of the machine is equipped with a fixed blade, so that the coconut is cut in half under the action of the mutual force of the blade and the toggle frame. The juice after being cut in half flows into the juice hopper, and there is a row of stop bars installed above the juice hopper to prevent the coconut shells from falling into the juice hopper, while the stop bars are set at a certain angle, and the coconut shells are introduced into the dregs hopper by the stop bars. The equipment is made of stainless steel except for the transmission part.
